I have not received my package. This is incorrect, and if it was delivered it was not to my house. This is unacceptable conduct regardless of your job.

My package took almost 2 months for me to receive from my order date. I contacted the seller who told me I needed to contact the Amazon fulfillment center. I received frequent updates from USPS promising me a delivery date of 7/16, then other emails notifying me they my package may be lost. I contacted an Amazon rep who also told me my package was lost and she suggested I cancel my order. I asked the Amazon rep to contact the post office where my package was last listed in San Francisco. She contacted the post office, she promised I would receive my item in a few days. I then started receiving email from Amazon asking me to return my item and I received a return label! I finally received my item after many phone calls and emails to USPS.. it was the Amazon rep who helped me locate my item.. If it was in USPS hands, my item would still be stuck in SF.. This was the 2nd time this year I’ve had an issue with USPS.. sorry, not a good experience
