Using Nipost was the worst mistake i ever made until date my children have not received the parcel four months after it was sent im considering taking legal action against them.

NIPOST was never straight in their dealings with their customers. Too much lies and never transparent. There's no customers satisfaction. It sucks.

God I am wish I had read the reviews on this page before sending my parcel with PostNL in Holland through Nipost. This has got to be the MOST useless postal service in the world. If you have not sent your parcel and you are reading this, do yourself a favor and use DHL. I sent my parcel on the 18th of May, 1 month later it is still not in Nigeria! Even if I walked with it, it would have gotten there by now! An absolute disgrace of a postal service! Someone should warn the unsuspecting public.

the most useless entity of all time. My parcel was sent from Aba since on the 18 of May, up ontill June 27th have yet to receive my package. Please avoid nipost totally. Very poor customer service is 0000

A parcel was sent to me from Canada since Nov 26, 2019, I kept on tracking. As of Dec 24 it arrived at Lagos. I was happy thinking that it will then be on it's way to Abuja NIPOST ( which was the address on the parcel) Next! My Parcel was on it's way to KUWAIT! waving good bye to me. Most probably misplaced becos of wrong handling at LAGOS. NIPOST your incompetence is out of this world. A mockery of what Postal & logistics service should be. It's a shame!
