Awful experience almost every time! Slow delivery times, damaged boxes, almost no information via tracking or otherwise tracking information 5 or 6 days out! SDA Company is no help whatsoever when you contact them to find out where your lost shipment is some 2 weeks after it was despatched! Avoid!

So far the experience has been much better and easier than expected BUT what is really need is to be given an estimate of arrival even if it is a 2 hour window. Right now I see my package arrived in your processing center at 07:30, it’s now 09:30 BUT I don’t know if that means it will be arriving any minute OR if I have to stay waiting inside? This is what causes stress. I have things I need to do BUT don’t have any idea or way to get it to know how to arrange my day. Otherwise everything else in this process has been excellent

I ordered a package from Amazon on March 30th, scheduled delivery in Luxembourg by April 8th, today (10th of April) the package hasn't arrived yet. I checked the delivery status on the website with the shipping number and it appears that the package was not delivered because the delivery address reception was closed. Now, the person who works in the reception IT’S ME! The office is open every day until 6.30pm and there is always someone who opens the door and welcomes the couriers even when I am temporarily absent. I wrote to the Italian office to explain it and ask for explanations, but the lady who answered my mail has washed her hands and told me that they can "only answer for the work of our operators" and that I would had to contact the local office. So I called the local office and after providing the shipping number the operator told me that they did not have any parcels and that the number did not correspond to the ones they usually use to mark their packages. I also spoke to a GLS courier who came to the office to deliver an envelope and he couldn't even help me. In short, nobody knows what happened to my purchase and I found myself wasting time with a BAD SERVICE and a practically non-existent customer service. Never again!!!

After my family paid for a more expensive but very fast parcel that was supposed to arrive in 5 days. Weeks have passed now ,but make no mistake ,the parcel did arrive . Or should i say 85%of the content,after it's been through a methicoulos search. Only it didn't arrive here but back to where it was sent from. All that poste italiane said to my family was : your daughter sent you the wrong address (which made me question my reality or my spot in the matrix) ;she should have stayed off (mind you 3 weeks of staying off, as if the parcel had gold bars in it so I could quit my job ). So thank you. Wonderful experience. Whoever stole from the parcel ,I do really hope you choke on it. would not recommend. Best regards.

Parcel arrived late and broken into several pieces. SDA new item was broken but still delivered it.

Delivery service is very poor. Would not recommend. I feel like they try to scam you by saying ‘they can’t deliver’ so that you have to pay for delivery again. MY ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Every other postage company can find it without problem. Now there have been 2 delivery attempts that have ‘failed’. Absolutely appalling. GOOGLE MY ADDRESS you will find it. Very idiotic!
