The package with my husband’s medication has seemingly disappeared. It was supposed to arrive 11/17, but I was notified that it would be delayed 24 to 48 hours. It is now 11/22 and the status of the package has not changed at all. Where is the package?

Takes way too long to process a simple package containing only 2 t-shirts. I‘ve been waiting for almost 3 months for them to process my package and i still haven’t had my t-shirts delivered to me.

Over the past 18 to 24 months, I've had 4 parcels delivered from Mumbai (IND) to Melbourne (AUS) via TNT and every single one has been delayed. The latest shipment has been stuck in Singapore now for more than 5 days and is currently delayed by 3 days . The previous one in Oct 2020 was delayed by 5 days, the one prior to that in Feb 2020 (pre COVID) was delayed by over a week. One shipment in Nov 2019 (pre COVID) was late by more than 11 days. Clearly shipments coming to Australia are the lowest priority for TNT/FedX. They are simply using the current COVID-19 situation to hide their deliberate cost cutting tactics of hoarding Australia bound deliveries in Singapore or Dubai untill it's more economical for them to finally put them on a flight.
