They were supposed to visit my home 6th January. I was home that day. the package didn't arrive. Today is 26th January. They never tried to deliver again and didn't leave contact number or answered my mails.

Worst delivery company in the world!!! Never use this unprofessional people ,if you want your parcel to be delivered! No any contact number for information.No actual tracking information available!If you’re very lucky and you can find any contact number,people answering the phone are living on the Moon. They not able to give you any useful information. Never never use this horrible company!!! Never again!

I'm not overly happy with my experience. I have been waiting for my package for over a month and according to tracking, it has been sitting at Canadian Customs since December 22nd and it is now January 16th and no one has any answers for me. Stephen Alward

Your inefficiency allowed me to miss important meeting in South Africa. I will not dare recommend an enemy to use UPS for urgent shipment. Today is 16th, I am yet to receive a shipment UPS received since 5th January

I ordered my purchase on Dec 29 & it still shows that it's in transit & just recently has been despatched from Orlando on the way to my mailing address, Furthermore, E commerce says I should expect it to arrive today but it doesn't seem to be moving through your tracking portal, Furthermore, it says there has been a delay with my order which has never happened before when receiving packages from your company, I understand that you have many parciaples but I haven't heard back from your company on the status of my order & If I need to wait a little longer for it to be delivered lastly, excatly when is the estimated delivery date as I am aware Florida time zone runs a bit different from that of the u.s. & it's getting late, hopefully it will arrive by tomorrow since I have not received any further information or emails like I had wished for, so I can know if they're still facing issues or if my package is just running late.

Horrible package delivery experience! They don't even wait a few minutes and buzz an apartment again They literally did it for 1 second and left and then the office doesn't communicate with the driver's stating that I already had paid the import fee. I'm still waiting for the package! It's been 8/9 days since it was sent out.
