Diabolical service. Posted a registered large envelope on 4th May from Gladstone qld to go to Como nsw. It took 6 days to get to Brisbane. I could have walked it to there....According to your useless tracking system it's been sitting at Strathfield nsw for over 2 days. A few klms from Como. Where the hell is my PARCEL??? This so called tracking system you push on us is useless as tits on a bull !!!! How about ONE tracking option instead of heaps of useless options that don't even work??? I will sue Aust post if my package is lost !!! Its hard to understand how such a simple public service is so dumb stupid and brainless.... THEN AGAIN IT IS OWNED AND RUN BY THE LNP ...

You lie! you decieve! you advise to contact third party couirer... that dosnt trade with you nomore" i wonder why ?" an they cant understand why you would lie an say you trade with them, they where nice to give me other companies names that might take on lie- deciveful company like yourself that will continue to honour the parcel " unlike yourself!" i view your company a usless a loss an debt an giving all other courier compnies a bad name!

Disgraceful- I still do not have my goods

We saw when the parcel arrived at the mail sorting facility, which is 110m from our office, we saw when it left for delivery, it arrived 4.5 hours later, 4.5 hours to do 110m. we had no idea where it was for that 4.5 hours.

The parcel was attempted to be delivered at 1:pm, I was notified that the parcel was to be delivered that day until 1:03pm, therefore no one was home to receive the parcel and I had to travel 40km to retrieve the parcel from the depot the following day. My wif had just left home at 12:57am and had I know about the delivery, she would have waited for the courier. A waste of technology!!

why is it I have to use this website to find the latest update on my delivery when Australia post tracking website is so out of date

I am far from impressed at the excessive time this parcel was held by in the interim by a parcel deliverer in the Perth Airport surrounds before passinig it on to Aust Post. It seems to me the delays are not due to less aircraft flights but to deliverers holding items on their premises.
