i had a problem with parcel being redirected when it arrived in Launceston and was sent back to Melbourne. However it finally arrived in Hobart and delivered to me in Risdon Vale. I received the parcel direct from the van driver and signed for it and it was not left at my door as detailed below. Parcel was undamaged and in good condition

Can not be trusted. Reason given for as no one was at home while I was waiting for packages at home. I saw courier van coming but driver didn’t pressed bell for my Unit. This is pathetic!!!

If it had been possible, I would have indicated a zero rating. There is no information as to the whereabouts of the NUMBERED item, the delivery date has long expired, and no communication has been received. I'm being a lot more polite in these words than I would like to express.
