FedEx said they attempted to deliver but we were here, they left no door tag, they didn't actually attempt to deliver to our house despite saying they did. We were sitting right by the door.

Sorry, I have had many pkgs lost via UPS. This is another example. Second one in about two weeks. First out Syracuse and now you. I can tell as the pkg is not scanned for 24 hours that it is lost or most likely stolen at the distribution center.

On time deliveries and undamaged deliveries are rare!! Parcels get lost, get stuck "somewhere"or are banged up heavily. One parcel is "in transit" already for 10 weeks! Priority or not, it doesn't help...

Why is there no way to track mail Inovations orders? This is a useless way to ship it's because its cheaper for UPS! I used to love UPS shipping but now it's just as bad as the USPS! Very slow and not reliable!! You need to get rid of mail Inovations asap! It takes weeks to receive any order and you cant track them to even find out where its at!! Garbage service UPS!!!

So bad experience with UPS for the third time in a row. Package still not delivered after 9 days. Wrong, fake information provided in tracking log. Support hold crossed fingers for me is the only help i got from them after 2 calls, still no answer or explanation what is going wrong. Provided invoice on box, digitally during booking and even send by email after package was stopped in their facility. Even in log was written that they got all needed information and package is sent further with estimated delivery which has passed 7 days ago. Very disappointed!

Why? Went from California to New Mexico then back to California... final destination is NWA. How/ why should it go from California to New Mexico then back to California before shipping to Arkansas?

My package has not been delivered it’s been a week, I took a day off of work to stay home to sign for it and it was delayed then requested it be sent to a location where I could pick it up and the order hasn’t updated for 3 days. FedEx has not got back to me nor do they know where my order is. This is the worst ordering experience I’ve ever had.
