Item was supposed too be delivered on 07/31/2020. As a gift. It was loaded on a truck on 8/1/2020. It is now 8/3/2020 and I still do not have it.

My package was either stolen or dropped off at wrong address. It is stated that it was dropped of in my front door but it never was. When i tracked the package and said it was delivered, i never found anything outside my apartment or in my mailbox. My mailbox is pretty much in the sidewalk. If it was left there outside then someone stole the package. I wish courier would of made sure to leave to someone or inside mailbox. Now because of carelessness a package was stolen. And i know fed ex will not do anything but say it was delivered. But in reality it was never delivered if it was left outside of mailbox. It was simply just left there.

I was Home all day. Tracking service is awful and useless. This is my 4 bike delivered to this residence. 1st bike left in front with no issues. FedEx left the next 2 bikes at neighbors house, but I got the bikes anyway. Not sure if driver even stopped at my address today.

Very poor customer service the package is delayed customer service says it has to be late for 15 days so the shipper could request a money back won’t use FedEx anymore

my experience has been unacceptable ,rediculous and the dissapointing.to say the least. I thought shipping company not a circus of the least caring individuals with no common sense on this planet. My two attempts at recieving a parcel has lasted over a month.hours of useless lip service and lies as to my packages whereabouts and hours of driving to holdisite only to be told its not there. I was promised it was.this experience has cost me my livelyhood as well as time and money. To top ot off i still have not recieved and have been laughed at by your pickup costomer service.

My package got to Georgia and no more movement. Where did it go? Was supposed to get to me by 22nd of July. Now as of 29th of July still no package. Very angry!
