Really terrible with international shipping for several reasons which I will mention some: 1. Took my order more than 30(working days). 2. REALLY lacking information about tracking my order. 3. Their support by email OR calling them on their work period of time is horrible as they DO NOT respond to your call(s) even though they have more than 5 numbers provided, YES more than 5 numbers. It was my first experience and will be my last and I will not recommend it to anyone.

FedEx employee do not gives proper response, and do not shows any seriousness . My parcel 390387377749 must have to delivered on 19 morning but it is still in custom since 18 night, they have not paid any attention after lot of request. Had very horrible and panic experience

My parcel has gone from Urbancrest,Oh, 25 miles from my home on 2/13/2020, arrived in Seneca Falls, Ny on 2/15/2020. Oops wrong office, back to Lancaster, Oh where I live 2/15/2020 at 2:37 pm then was sent to Warrendale Pa on 2/16/2020. How many shipping errors can be made was one parcel?

Never ship with the cheapest option. It's usually worth it in the delivery tube to pay 10 dollars more.

The delivery experience was marred by Amazon asking for information when I had not received my order, they seem to have a problem with 1 department talking to another and just passing the buck. When I got into tracking my parcel the Delivery today on 3 occasions when what was meant delivery to the next sorting depot was confusing.

Just so Samsung understands how efficient there customer service system (or lack thereof) is, I was sent a tracking number in January of the year 2020. When I check my shipping status on this site it informs me that my package was delivered sometime in the year of 2017. Well guess what, I never received a parcel in the year of 2017, 2018, 2019 or 2020. I defy Samsung to prove that their customer service is not that bad because it is that bad and one (iF NOT THE) worst customer service systems in the history of the electronics world. Before retirement and my disability I made a living being an Electrical Engineer so I have been around many United States based companies who also had a customer service system. I aslo have the ticket number for the product but it frightens me to think about what would happen if I dug into this system aslo. CAN YOU IMAGINE?? Maybe some of you can and I just don't know about it. After all, that's the way cover ups are created, you never let the right hand know what the left hand is doing. It is also a great way to form a basis for which "secret" information is kept secret. In any case maybe Samsung (which I doubt very much) will see the error of its ways. If you don't take care of your existing customer base how are you going to keep them plus possible future customers? And in closing maybe Samsung should study the American prognosis of what happens to companies when they rest on their laurels........... THEY END UP IN SOUTH KOREA.
