I had a very bad experience through DHL Express. I have book my parcel 8 October 2021 so I can arrive on 18 october 2021 as promised by Nompumelelo Mlaba only to find out my wasn't book at that specific date only to book the following week 13 October 2021. As I was the one doing the follow up and she was just very quiet about the experience. I remember calling on 13 October 2021 around 16h30 requesting to speak to superior. He ( John) had nerve to tell me wait until he finished his lunch and he will contact me which he never did until today

Why is it so hard to follow your parcel . My parcel was last updated on the 15th and today is the 18th and I don’t know where my parcel is. I think you have been taking lessons from the USPS.

Even though FedEx has the code to the door to my apartment building and I saw them open the door, the delivery guy left my package (Large box....) Outside and when I went to get the package inside my outside door there was a very foul smell inside the building ... The delivery guy did not put the box inside the door but left it outside .... Very unprofessional .... Will post socially .... I have been having this issue with the last three FedEx deliveries .... FYI

FeDex scheduled the shipment for future delivery, because today they made a failed delivery attempt to my address (I've been at home the whole morning waiting for this). I stayed at home this weekend to receive my bicycle, even canceled the plans I had because of this. The package was supposed to arrive on Wednesday 10/6, and will end up arriving by 10/12. I hate when people waste my time. I called to FeDex and all they have is an useless bot that isn't even able to help with anything. This has been the WORST experience I've ever had as a customer. I wish I could give 0 stars for the shipping service. I really regret to not to have bought at a local store. If I don't receive my bicycle by Tuesday, I'll probably return it to you and go to some local store and get one in there. I made my purchase with you because a friend of mine had a good experience, but seriously, next time if I buy something online I'll probably verify the shipping isn't through FeDex.

UPS Mail Innovations is by far the worst service I have ever paid for. I paid for two day shipping and I am now on day eight. Little to no updates on when my package is going to get here. Get your shit together!
