Very poor service, no tracking updates, no one answer the 0860 telephone number, no physical address of where the item is. Very very disappointed, cannot believe that it takes two months for something to come from china, pathetic, disgrace, sad to say that i am a born south african and live in a country where everything is going down the tubes.

post office should close sooner than later ,its bound to happen. parcels from amazon get through for same product, not Post office parcels its like we have to customs.

The South African post office is pathetic. Package just laid in Flamwood post office without any attempt to inform the client to fetch it. Had to visit Flamwood post office myself to enquire about the package. USELESS!
