Takes long to deliver, no updates

It says the parcel has been successfully delivered but there’s no parcel that has been received and there’s no communication about the parcel what is going on where is my parcel

I placed my order long time ago.. M still waiting for my order to be delivered

Poor service and lies

I was supposed to send my courier guy but seing that courier it is a big company and thought that my parcel will be delivered in time unfair l was wrong my overnight courier when l follow up on it no 1 would give me a straight answer where my parcel is until today or when my parcel will be delivered l am very disappointed with the service

Been 3 days waiting for my delivery

Got feedback from druver that place of delivery was closed we are still open until 20:30 poor service

The driver didnt call in to deliver my parcel he sent a message ofwich I didnt see because my phone was on charger then the driver decided to leave with my parcel

What horrid service from CourierIT. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for my parcel from JHB to Vereeniging. Customer services do not answer their phones and I waited more than 30 minutes on line each call. Still have no answer.

Yet again another disappointment I called so many times nobody is going to reimburse me for these calls. 1. I had 2 parcels that was a delayed 2. They decided to drop off only one 3. I queried regarding the other one I was told 21 April which I also mentioned Eid might be on the 22nd so please prioritize. 4. I called again they told me it's not on route and cannot give me an explanation, but promise me that I'll receive my parcel between 6-7 tonight cause I yet explain my daughter's eid clothes is in it. 5. So it's a possibility that my child will be without clothes, parcel was to arrive on the 19th April. POOR,POOR,POOR SERVICES I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE. SO WHAT THE HELL SHOULD I DO WHEN YOU COME AFTER EID. WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR FOR EID YOU ARE PAID TO DO THIS JOB I PAID DELIVERY BUT I GET THIS SHITTY SERVICES I WILL NOT SUGGEST OR REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE I WILL COMMENT ON EVERY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IF I DO NOT DECIDE TO PUT YOU IN THE DAILY VOICE.
