Parcelforce24 collected from my supplier at 12.43pm Thursday. It's now 4.17pm Monday and tracking states parcel is still in collection location. I thought 24 meant 24 hours, but maybe it's 24 days. This is the second time I've sent or received a parcel via Parcelforce and both times they've been shocking. This organisation is not fit for purpose, they even make Evri seem competent.

I've paid for global priority and my parcel still hasn't arrived and there has been no updates at all from the 24th March.when I've called parcel force 4 times they also have no update or even know if my parcel has left the UK and it was a very special parcel. This is getting to be a habit now and I'm paying over 50 pounds each time so my parcel gets delivered quick and never does.Your tracking system isn't very good either and the updates are always late compared to other sites I use to track.Ive called again this morning and I've never spoken to someone so rude and he wouldn't help me because I didn't give him the full address of the post office where i sent it from and I've never been asked that before in the 2 yrs I've been sending parcels with you ,all you've wanted is my tracking number.who can answer where my parcel is and why has it not arrived after 8 days since sending
