I wasted over $70.00 and received no service for the extra money. I could have mailed it with simple postage and had it delivered in the same time span. I expect a refund .

I paid a premium for 1 day service using priority post. Sent on a Tuesday and I checked tracking on Thursday to confirm delivery and it still wasn't delivered. I called to complain and they opened a service ticket for me to find out what was going on. As of end of day Thursday still not delivered. So I resent my documents Thursday evening as they were very time sensitive. Both envelopes showed up Friday morning, when I requested a refund on the first one they refused and tried to say it was my fault when I used the same address as on both, the second was delivered fine. They begrudgingly issued a refund and never did tell me what the addressing error was they claimed I made. Will never use their service again.

Timely and well reported. How I wish Royal Mail tracking would pull their socks up. Last update from them 1st June, still reporting the item being dispatched from Canada.

sent letter by priority letter, paid $46.36 on June 5th @9:40 am. Vauxhall to Ontairio was to be next day delivery. Letter made it to Calgary sorting center on day sent and they have no idea where it is now. It is now June 8th and they still have no idea where the letter is. I want my $46.30 refunded because I did not get priority letter service. I am very disappointed we were buying a trailer and they were to send it out but they did not get payment cheque we mailed so they did not send the trailer. poor service.

I used to brag up C.P as the best delivery service! Now, I do not! Why has my package sat in the Edmonton sorting centre for 4 days!?!?! It made it through Ontario's counterpart in a day.

Overall my experience has been a nightmare. The parcels were sent from Canada on 5th March and did not arrive in the UK until 24th April. Apparently, delivery was attempted on 25th April. I was unaware of this until I checked the tracker, as the delivery person had not left a card. I then found out (through the tracker) that the parcel had been left at a post office which was not in my local area, rather than it being left at my local sorting office. Over the next couple of weeks, I made several calls to the delivery centre requesting redelivery. For days there was no change in the status on parcelmonitor, then on 10th May the status said it had been collected to be returned to sender. This was despite me having requested redelivery on several occasions. I again had to call the delivery centre to ask for the parcel to be redelivered and finally received it. I wish for this catalogue of errors to be noted and addressed. Firstly, a card should have been left to notify me of the attempted delivery. The parcel was then left at an inconvenient location. Finally, I had to repeatedly ask for redelivery, each time being told it had been arranged when this was apparently not the case.
