Worst service ever, I paid 1503 SEK in tax and still haven’t received my parcel its in the customs for like a month now its was à birthday present for my daughter I paid a lot for such pathetic service. So disappointed . Still waiting for it to arrive

Screw these guys. Still haven't received my package after 4 weeks and it's Christmas on Sunday. Haven't seen any updates since the day it left the originating shipper.

Worst traking website ever dealt with

PostNord are expensive, extremely slow and their customer services are virtually non-existent. Worst postal services ever.

Package has been showing at the sorting center for 14 days.

1 month no delivery

This is the second day of writing this complaint. Why have we paid out through the nose for a 4-5 day delivery of an important package. Yet it took 5 days before it even left your country. Do you make it a habit of falsely advertising your abilities of delivery to rip people off. I will be pursuing a refund. Because now the package is very late. I’ll also be filing a complaint with the company.
