The parcel has arrived but the tracking information on the website is rubbish. I needed to make sure someone was available to receive the parcel on a delivery day. It was only by luck that someone was available to take in the parcel.

Why is it so delayed? the package is expected to be in the Philippines last June 25. I'm worried right now and this is just making me anxious everyday!

Parcel still late more than 2 weeks and I didn’t received it

My parcel sat at the Origin Border Point for 9 days

after arriving at customs in Germany I got no tracking updates. Then I was told that the parcel arrived and was send back. Weeks after that I got new tracking updates that the package was sent to switzerland and then back to Germany. I hoped you would see your tracking problem. Now this package ist on the way back to the USA Can't understand that. I won't recommend your tracking service anymore. Hartmut Barthel

I have just received notification that delivery was attempted today. Both myself and my wife have both been in all day and no delivery was attempted and no card left. Please confirm by return: 1. who I need to contact to arrange delivery 2. The details of the delivery person, route etc. and 3. How I may lodge a formal complaint for the poor service I have received to date I will also be contacting the sender of the parcel so they can do the same at their end as well as leaving feedback of your company's service and response online Thank you Cliff
