Dear Sirs,
The parcel delivery was unsuccesful twice however the recilient was at home. Any early warning message would help the delivery. I gave all the avalaibilities. It would be our common interest to find where is the error im the process.

Wasnt delivered suppsoedly because the recipient was not at home. In fact it was because the deliverer did not have the recipients phone number on file, even though it was filled in when having made a purchase.

2 weeks and I still haven't received my parcel. Tracking says it's stuck in the GLS Parcel Office UK? Terrible service!!

Package delivered without any problems, contents undamaged and in good condition. Would have preferred to have advance notice of delivery to plan things accordingly and tracking appeared very inaccurate against mapping. Although now delivered to me in Somerset (received approx 16:00), tracking still shows location in wilderness of Scottish borders region (Moffat) at 17:15 !!
