I have no idea where my package is not happy

Parcel has disappeared. No update since September 28. Sender told it is in the US.

LATEST EVENT Dispatched from sorting center 23 Sep 21 TO - IN TRANSIT I still did not get my package........ Why??????

So far, the tracking seems fine. However, the process of actually posting my package and the way I was treated at the Prague post office was horrible!! In the future I will avoid the Czech postal system!

I have checked with 3 or more online tracking services as I was concerned what happened to this package. It has sat at that facility for more than 3 months and only on 7th of July was sent overseas to the final destination.

Took 6 months for a parcel to arrive from ireland to czech republic. Some food in the box was gone off. letters arrive 3 times out of 10, they just vanish otherwise. I am nearly positive that they don't even bother trying to deliver to your home because i will wait at home all day for a delivery and then see the note in my postbox saying "We tried to deliver but you weren't home", then you have to go to the post office and pick it up from extremely rude staff who clearly hate their jobs.

Reached on time in good conditions.

Very poor service overall. My parcel was posted in Prague CZ on 2 February and has taken fifteen days to arrive - Express Delivery? There was no update throughout this period after 3 February until the parcel was delivered this morning. It's all very well to tell me that it has arrived (I know that). It would have been helpful to know that it had left Prague, arrived in UK, reached a local depot near here and was expected to be delivered this morning. None of that happened - very poor service. Can you explain what happened, or rather what didn't happen?
