I ordered almost two month ago until now didn’t receive my parcel and the excuse the post office was close because of the covid then why you lie two month ago and you gave tracking number sinse then till now everytime i track it all what it says he post it in argentina post office where is my order

I bought this item in March and it was mailed shortly after, however, this has been a nightmare. Two weeks prior it showed that it was on its way to the USA now it’s showing information that it is still in the country of origin as of 4/1/20.
