Still have not received my package. has been en route since the 21st of December. and here it is the 28th of December and still no update. this shipping company sucks. still don't know where my package is. Nor if I am going to receive it. And you can't contact anyone. there is no contact button. worse shipping company ever.

It's the First time I used this parcel monitor tracking service and the first time I received a parcel from SF express, I'm happy with the service from both, easy to track from China to the UK, the only issue I had I couldn't find a UK tracking number so I wasn't sure what courier service was going to deliver my parcel, It was delivered it by Royal Mail.

I have not received any updates on my package since it was shipped! All it tells me is thank you for waiting. I thought you get tracking to see where your package is so you have an idea when you’ll receive your package but I’ve received no updates at all and it’s been two weeks!!!
