This started with the vendor. This was to replace an empty ink cartridge for my printer halting some necessary tasks. Even the scheduled date of 7/24/21 was excessive it was dlayed another two days.Then after registering for My Choice my impression is that it's updates are late. The terminology should perhaps be corrected being I had changed the delivery to a UPS store and the description was as if it was on the truck to be delivered still to my home. Wondering if my delivery change was ignored I called the end point store and the rep did not know what the term exception meant in the map. I assumed it was my change and know it seems the customer knows more than your reps do.

Delivery person arrived on a different day than expected. I was working and someone was at home but he didn't ring the bell. He came only in the morning, not at 6:28pm as it is mentioned there. He didn't even left a note or gave me another option on where to pick up my package.

Ship Canada Post! At least you'll receive your pkg. UPS Agents talk in Circles reading a Prompt Card. NO HELP WHATSOEVER! Package Sat on UPS DOCK in Coquitlam BC FOR 2+ WEEKS, while their site said it's on its Way! *Disgusted

The delivery service is excellent, but the German post or DHL hold it in Frankfurt without reasons longer than 40 days, as they are overloaded. Hopefully this time takes the normal delivery time with out waiting to long. Thank you for all your efforts and please continue feeding me back with the expected delivery date.

Shocking service. Took 5 days to get out of US, Lost parcel in Tokyo many days, hardly any updates, parcel in nz for 9 days before delivery, this was supposed to be prime service. Not cheap. Over a month.

Ordered a watch from Betrucci Co. on 9th June 2021 using USPS First Class international service to Bahrain and I haven't received the item yet . The last tracking update shows that the item still on US . Nobody is helping either the seller nor USPS Very bad service !!!!!!!!! I am requesting a refund and a compensation !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am pleased to say that the service I had with UPS Croatia was excellent. I received my passport from the South African Embassy in Hungary as scheduled and updated information was accurate. Thank you for your service and I will definitely recommend UPS to anyone in need of a courier.
