Everything would have been perfect if it wasn't for the fact that I didn't know UPS had dropped off my express parcel at the UPS point in town without ever notifying me (they had my phone number and address). I never even knew UPS would deliver it, I had to contact the Italian post myself to find out. Apparently UPS had given it a new tracking number and everything. If it hadn't been for my request to Poste Italiane I would never have known it was delivered at the UPS point, driver must have thought a home delivery wasn't worth the extra mile. I was getting worried since it was an important delivery, thankfully it worked out in the end. However, if that's how UPS treats its customers, I'd recommend another courier.

I feel bad that my parcel was sent back to the sender. Inspite of mobile no written on the Packet the delivery guy didn’t call the concerned person. The parcel was kept in the Post Office only for 1 day. It should be Least kept for minimum 3 days. In today’s fast life of New York time should be given for the concerned person to collect the parcel from the Post Office.

Parcel took over a week to get sorted in USA. Then when I track it in the uk it tells me it left in a van from Heathrow and is in transit, that was on the 28th April 2019. That’s over two weeks ago. Even If you had loaded it on to a donkey,it would not have taken this long. It would be nice if your company could get on to them and find out where my parcel is. Tracking number UM638701313US and let me know.
