Arrive at sorting facility almost a month ago with no further updates. Attempts at contacting for clarity met with "this is not the correct avenue to check for international parcels, please contact your local postal service." Which I can't do because the package isn't even in transit yet, let alone touched down in my country

I got a text the night before saying my package was on time then today I get a text saying it will be here by 9pm so I stay home all day waiting and waiting and I get 3 other packages from ups and FedEx but not the one I wanted on top of it I didn't even get a text saying it wouldn't be here or even a end of the delivery times that it will be here Monday thats not right we pay to ship and send things and I understand there's a pandemic but a automatic text wouldn't be hard to send out at 9 saying, "If you have not received your package then it will be deliveredthe following businessday or if its a weekend then the following mMonday! This is just all upsetting and I waited all day and night thinking it was coming and jow I can even call customer service cause there closed and tomorrow is Sunday so I'm not a happy customer by any means!

My package was express to moracco it should be there by one week but is taking more than a month if usp can’t do express the customer should know about that my package is still until now in hold in Morocco for some reason I don’t know for emergency I had to do it as an express I am so made about this situation.
