Hello, I ordered items from the USA and as you can see, I paid for express 3 day delivery, which was deemed available and possible with your company, 6 days later, I am still awaiting the delivery of my parcel..... I paid EXTRA ($67+) to have it delivered within 3 days, I expect this to be refunded !!! as you have failed to deliver .... Not only that, there is no way for international customers to contact an actual person, only email. My parcel CJ497764146US was "Dispatched for delivery" on Monday 18th of November at 8.29am from Dublin Airport, it doesn't take three days to drive or walk across Dublin to Saggart. The package, has disappeared from the tracking since it left the airport, no updates, or time or date for delivery, although it is "in transit". When will it actually arrive to my house ? has it been stolen ? Do I need to contact the local police (Gardaí) about this matter ? Could someone please send me an updated, and time correct delivery time asap. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed with the service which has been provided by your company so far, also you have not provided the service which I paid for, within the time frame which I paid for.
