Track your Purolator couriers. Simple & Easy!

I'm not very sure if that's your fault. But my adidas return parcel was send back to me, after 10 days waiting. I don't understand. there are only two possibilities I can imagine. firstly, adidas somehow didn't processed it correctly. secondly, the guy at your place didn't cover those two original labels as I dropped off the parcel even though I notified him twice to do so before he took my parcel. cause now i can see he only covered one of the original labels which could be MISUNDERSTANDING. In a nutshell, I waited for 10 days for nothing. really disappointing experience.

Not very happy with this very Slow Delivery…should have been here a couple of days ago.Still not yet Delivered here today yet. Not a very happy customer today. Would not consider this carrier ever again.This is my Opinion.

S L O W as molasses. Not at all quality service. I live downtown and you deliver to the airport. I will never ever use these people again. Useless idiots!!!!!

I was initially very disappointed. I was home and did not hear a knock or doorbell ring. UPS arrived a few minutes later and knocked on the door. When I answered I saw a sticker from purolator indicating they had attempted delivery 1 hour earlier. I saw the Purolator truck sitting across the street. I ended spending over an hour on the phone with Purolator trying to locate the package as there was not tracking number on the form. They were able to track down the driver who was able to deliver it later today. When I answered the door, he advised that he had seen me answer the door for UPS but thought I didn't want to answer the door for anyone else?. At the end of the day- I received my package - and all turned out well. Thank you very much !

I wouldn't give them any stars in this instance.... Horrible experience...no one knows where the package is at this point... Said delivery refused a couple of times when delivery was not even attempted. Over the past almost week...Tried to redirect the package. it was ridiculous. The on line assistance to try to redirect could not pull up the correct location by postal code..ie Invermere Postal code identified Castlegar.... Spoke to someone at Purolator (both myself and recipient) and no success with delivery. Finally asked to drop parcel off at a Purolator drop off location in Invermere. Not holding my breath....I actually think they have lost it. What a gong show!

Zero stars for Purolator delivery, no notice behind the door, I was searching for my parcel all the location and sent from one location to another location, never ask to send me the parcel by Purolator.

Nobody to speak to . Legal documents never arrive on time .

Never had such bad experiences than with you. EVERYTIME you have a delivery for me. Always late, wont update regularly. Wont deliver to my delivery zone. Everytime, its a hassle and bs. Sucky company

Worse service ever never get nothing on time and never get proper upto date
