Utterly disgusted by the service. I kindly asked the delivery man when he called to ask if i was home if he could come up the lift to the first floor with my delivery as i have a young baby. in a very rude manor he told me no he can’t. He phoned again to say he was outside my appartement and for me to go outside. I went outside with my baby in my arms. I water at least 3 or 4 minutes before he arrived. whilst on a phone call, he dumped my delivery at my feet, no hello as he was talking on his phone, also the box was labelled FRAGILE, this way up........ it was dumped at my feet with a bang upside down. He then handed me the scanner to sign, still no eye contact or words spoken to me. I scribbled on the signature space, which he didn't even take a second to look at and then left. I then had to shuffle my delivery along the floor with my foot into the lift up to my apartment. I understand there are no obligations for the delivery person to bring the delivery up for me but the way he handled the situation was disgusting and there was no excuse for his rude attitude. I will not be using this service again and and i will do everything in my power for all of my family and friends to never to use this service ever. I am very disappointed in this very poor service.

I have sent two parcels a week ago, according to royal mail they both left uk on the 29th of March, handed to GLS and since then i can t track them. The only update that I have is an update from 1st of April, parcels still in London...parcels I have sent in the past usually arrive at their destination within a week, paid a large amount to be able to track them and for them to be delivered on time..instead of this I have on updates on their whereabouts for the last three days, which is unacceptable to say the least! I am looking forward to your reply sortly, Vicky

Parcel monitor update is non existent. I havnt received the parcel and the update hasn't updated since 13th Feb. My parcel hasn't moved apparently!

The time of delivery is delayed. The updates is not correct iam very unhappy with the service, at all I am waiting 9 days for deliver who should take 3 days.
