Despite being given my GPS coordinates, my telephone number and an offer that I would meet the driver and collect the parcel from him if he had difficulty in finding my home, the tracking page tells me "Congratulations! Your parcel arrived." but below shows the 'Latest Event' as 'Returned to Sender'. Needless to say I never heard from GLS France either by email or telephone. What an appalling service. Here my wife and I are in isolation in Rural France and this parcel of foodstuffs has never been delivered to us. Disgusting.

it supposed to go from uk to greece..and now4 days is in germany....i dont understand this..german people cant do anything right...if you cant work hard then close the company..the worse company ever.also they dont answer at the emails

I got mail on 18/03 round 12h that in the my package in the evening, i was at work, i cant escape just like this, you should let me know one day befor that i will get package! Kourier left papier that next day will delivery, i was waiting all day and nobody came! I got mail i will get it later, so i was waiting again. Today i see my package went back to the sender in Germany. Are you serious people? Its very important and expensive package for me! Please give me back my goods! Absolutely useless. Everyone else can deliver without a post code, have done for last 22 years. But these are so special, they can’t and can not even put the full address into Eire code for post code. So what do they do .... nothing,

Very bad experience, as nobody comes to deliver the parcel n showing "delivery attempt ". No one contacted regarding delivery. Took 1 month to get the wrong message"delivery attempt " Very sad .
