It ' s been 10 days 98280148874 and parcel hasn't been delivered yet. On the contrary, there haven't been any delivery updates or transparency for the past 3 days..the parcel is still supposed to be ata sorting center in London since Friday morning..paid extra for parcel to be delivered on time and to be able to track it all the way through which hasn't happened..very dissapointing and unprofessional.

I paid for the express shipping and it has been 3 weeks since I haven't received my package. I will never order from this company again and will make sure to let people know not to as well. Very unsatisfied. I will be givi mg a bad review on Facebook as well.

The PhilPost didn't really try to delivered it door to door.. They just texted that I should go to PhilPost because my parcel is needed to inspect.

I dropped my parcel to be sent to a parcel shop and rang them up to say I don’t need a driver to collect it. On Monday I dropped it off and i saw on tracking that it was picked up by driver the next day but the next evening a driver came to my house to collect my parcel?? I checked the tracker and now it’s completely cancelled...so where is my parcel.....

Not delivered after 2 weeks, package stuck at Carlow depot. I've rang multiple times to confirm delivery address and each time I ring they say that it will be delivered tomorrow and the next day nothing. It's like the exact same day on repeat none stop. Very poor customer service and agents are not knowledgable at all. Parcel number is 21561016508

There is a very bad delivery service from GLS in Portugal, a lot of very important parcels have been returned to senders from UK. The information in the envelop is that the address is not correct, which is not true, I have just received a parcel delivered by hand and the address is correct, I do not hunderstand why it is written that it is not. This document is so important that because it was not delivered the sender has to pay a fine to a legal department in Portugal of 250 €. , I would like to know who is the responsabiliy! Please not that this situation has happened many times. I await your comments. Regards Ângela Sousa
