The tracking process is horrendous. I get either "parcel not found" or an update going back to the previous day. How can this not be properly updated??

NOTHING is guaranteed by your service and updates are a joke. When something gets delivered to the wrong address, you think nothing of it!!!!! My granddaughter's birthday presents were delivered to the wrong address. The people who got them were nice enough to bring them over. By then, the clothes were soaking wet and that amounted to NOTHING! Your service SUCKS!

My father, in Brazil, bought a product in France to be delivered to CZ. He send me the only email DPD send to him. In there, there was a pin to log in in DPD site and change the delivery location. I choose to pick up in the parcel shop, instead of having it delivered home. When I went there today to pick up my parcel, there was need for a different pin code to allow the woman in the shop to give my parcel to me. That information was not given to my father, its not present in the DPD site after I log in....its nowhere.

Even though FedEx has the code to the door to my apartment building and I saw them open the door, the delivery guy left my package (Large box....) Outside and when I went to get the package inside my outside door there was a very foul smell inside the building ... The delivery guy did not put the box inside the door but left it outside .... Very unprofessional .... Will post socially .... I have been having this issue with the last three FedEx deliveries .... FYI

FeDex scheduled the shipment for future delivery, because today they made a failed delivery attempt to my address (I've been at home the whole morning waiting for this). I stayed at home this weekend to receive my bicycle, even canceled the plans I had because of this. The package was supposed to arrive on Wednesday 10/6, and will end up arriving by 10/12. I hate when people waste my time. I called to FeDex and all they have is an useless bot that isn't even able to help with anything. This has been the WORST experience I've ever had as a customer. I wish I could give 0 stars for the shipping service. I really regret to not to have bought at a local store. If I don't receive my bicycle by Tuesday, I'll probably return it to you and go to some local store and get one in there. I made my purchase with you because a friend of mine had a good experience, but seriously, next time if I buy something online I'll probably verify the shipping isn't through FeDex.

UPS Mail Innovations is by far the worst service I have ever paid for. I paid for two day shipping and I am now on day eight. Little to no updates on when my package is going to get here. Get your shit together!
