This started with the vendor. This was to replace an empty ink cartridge for my printer halting some necessary tasks. Even the scheduled date of 7/24/21 was excessive it was dlayed another two days.Then after registering for My Choice my impression is that it's updates are late. The terminology should perhaps be corrected being I had changed the delivery to a UPS store and the description was as if it was on the truck to be delivered still to my home. Wondering if my delivery change was ignored I called the end point store and the rep did not know what the term exception meant in the map. I assumed it was my change and know it seems the customer knows more than your reps do.

Delivery person arrived on a different day than expected. I was working and someone was at home but he didn't ring the bell. He came only in the morning, not at 6:28pm as it is mentioned there. He didn't even left a note or gave me another option on where to pick up my package.

Ship Canada Post! At least you'll receive your pkg. UPS Agents talk in Circles reading a Prompt Card. NO HELP WHATSOEVER! Package Sat on UPS DOCK in Coquitlam BC FOR 2+ WEEKS, while their site said it's on its Way! *Disgusted

Very, very slow service. No information about expected delivery. Bad service! We are forced to give you one star. (None would be more correct.) Walking the same distance is certainly faster.

Extremely slow service delivery, parcel has not arrived yet at post office based in Bloemfontein, I was told to phone next week Tuesday to see if it has arrived, highly doubtful that it will be there by next week

First delivery notification date was 15/7/21 at 12:00 stayed home all day, lost a days pay. Next delivery notification date was 19/7/21 at 12:00 stayed in all day have lost another days pay and package is still not here. Arrived Stansted 17/7/21 then went all the way up to Newcastle on the 18/7/21 and is now on its way back down to Kidderminster. Where next will it go before it gets to Gloucestershire. Tracking information is appalling and I would not recommend FedEx to anyone.

The post office sent it back to the seller,they never notified me of a delivery, phone call to say the package is in the country,I had to go to post offices to find it and when I went to where it was it was already sent back to the seller
