considering I had to sign for the delivery the estimated times from fedex were not even close to accurate, it was a Day late and multiple hours off from the time originally given making it extremely inconvenient. This issue isn't with bikes online but I don't know why anyone uses fedex anymore, usually always issues

I paid extra to have an evening delivery and you tried to deliver at 1pm and pkg wasn’t on the truck so now I’ve got to wait another day .

Fedex driver claimed they attempted to deliver the package, but I was home all day waiting and nobody ever attempted the delivery. I called Fedex and I will now have to wait at least another 24 hours and drive to a Fedex location to pick up my package.

Requested and paid for an evening delivery on 7/16 the day before expected delivery of 7/17 due to signature required. On 7/17 I get a delay notice saying delivery delayed to 7/18. On 7/18 I get a notice that delivery was attempted at 9:20 AM. Really! Evening was requested and paid for. We are not home during the day. Tracking still shows delivery by end of day 8:00 PM 7/18. It's 8:15PM now and no delivery. No updates.
