Ninja van failed to deliver after 6 days. Everytime i call them they will say its out for delivery but the tracker says its in their warehouse. Totally incompetent. I have not received my purchases after 6 days!! Decathlon, what’s your service promise?

Horrible delivery experience! I would give zero star if it’s possible. Delivery didn’t happen on scheduled date, and the status keep changing back and forth. Emailed the support desk but no reply at all. Totally clueless what is happening. In the end I went to the store to buy the item myself.

Parcel supposed to reach me on 18 June and we are on 21 June while I have yet to see my purchases. Limited messaging app selection while calling hotline doesn't get attended by any live chat officer. Extremely upset with delivery service.

Ninja Van is really horrible I ordered this on Wed 8th and it says it will be delivered by Friday 10th, it's now Monday 13th and I haven't received it and the Ninja Van status also hasn't been updated since Thursday I recommend you change to a different courier service!

Waited whole day for delivery Supposed to received between 9am-10pm Wasted whole day waiting with sign of the order. It’s now 11.38pm. Asking courier to leave parcel at a “safe place” does not mean we are not at home waiting for the parcel.
