Even though FedEx has the code to the door to my apartment building and I saw them open the door, the delivery guy left my package (Large box....) Outside and when I went to get the package inside my outside door there was a very foul smell inside the building ... The delivery guy did not put the box inside the door but left it outside .... Very unprofessional .... Will post socially .... I have been having this issue with the last three FedEx deliveries .... FYI

FeDex scheduled the shipment for future delivery, because today they made a failed delivery attempt to my address (I've been at home the whole morning waiting for this). I stayed at home this weekend to receive my bicycle, even canceled the plans I had because of this. The package was supposed to arrive on Wednesday 10/6, and will end up arriving by 10/12. I hate when people waste my time. I called to FeDex and all they have is an useless bot that isn't even able to help with anything. This has been the WORST experience I've ever had as a customer. I wish I could give 0 stars for the shipping service. I really regret to not to have bought at a local store. If I don't receive my bicycle by Tuesday, I'll probably return it to you and go to some local store and get one in there. I made my purchase with you because a friend of mine had a good experience, but seriously, next time if I buy something online I'll probably verify the shipping isn't through FeDex.

Package should have arrived on Wednesday. I had plans for this weekend, and I'll have to postpone them to wait for my bike at home. I tried calling FedEx and all they have for customer service is a bot (which sucks).

my order has been delayed by FedEx for a week now. I want you to file a claim against FedEx for the lost package. I am extremely unsatisfied with this and fairly disappointed. I wanted to recommend this to my friends but how am I supposed to recommend you if you lost my package? This is unacceptable and even if my bike is delivered now that's unacceptable

Once again, FedEx has reported a package delivered when the truck was not on my street at the time and the package never arrived. I really wish you would turn off No Signature Required like you agreed to several times so that when someone isn't me you can clearly see the proo9f I never received it. This happens much too often with FedEx. Much too often.

bikesonline was great to work with. Absolutely no complaints there. However, dealing with Fedex was terrible. My bike sat at a single Fedex facility for four days with no movement. Bike took more than twice as the advertised shipping times.

About FedEx Shipping

FedEx has two main shipping procedures, FedEx Ground shipping and FedEx Express shipping. Both of them vary in time of delivery and shipping costs. If a customer wants to ship a package and is not in a hurry, use FedEx Ground shipping service that takes 1-5 business days, or 3-7 business days if the package has to be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii.  

Once FedEx knows the recipient's location, they can use FedEx Track for the exact location of the parcel and to know when the parcel will arrive. FedEx Ground is one of the most used services of the company.  

For customers with tighter deadlines, they can use FedEx Express shipping. Here, customers can send the package on a specific day and select from different priority delivery options. FedEx tracking is available in this option as well.  

How does FedEx tracking work?

FedEx has one of the most versatile tracking services available. These services are FedEx Tracking, FedEx Advanced Tracking and FedEx Insight.  

FedEx Tracking is an all-purpose tracking tool that is available at the official FedEx website. How to contact FedEx for a query about a package?

People who have queries about their FedEx shipment or just want certain information that is not available on the website can simply go to their Contact Us section and have a live chat with one of their customer service representatives.  

Customer support is also available through email, receiving replies in 1-2 business days.  
Otherwise, customers could call them on their given number on their website from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (21:00 hours).  

What to do when a parcel gets stuck in customs?

Parcels can get delayed as they arrive at customs. But what should one do if their delivery gets stuck in customs?  

A customer could:  

  1. Contact the person who shipped you the goods: Check if the person who sent you the parcel has all their paperwork and documents in order to speed up customs processing.
  2. Contact FedEx: FedEx usually contacts everyone in the shipment process to ensure no paperwork is missing and all fees are paid.
  3. Find out if you have any outstanding taxes to pay: Some countries have particular taxes to pay before shipping packages.
  4. Wait: If you’ve done everything right, the only thing you can do is wait for the package to be cleared.

What happens when I miss a FedEx delivery?

FedEx follows a set procedure if no one is there to receive the delivery.  

Should the sender requests that there is a signature required by the receiver, and the receiver is not available, FedEx delivery personnel will leave a note at the door stating the delivery attempt and the next possible time for attempted delivery.  

If the recipient's signature is not required, the delivery personnel would leave the parcel at the doorstep, with a neighbour or at a desired location.
