My package was supposed to be delivered today, 12/15/18 between 9:30am and 2:00 pm. It’s 3:40 pm and I’m still waiting for it. Can fedex be more honest with their customers?? Please!!

My package from Indonesia which was sent in late November was being held by Customs on 12/01somewhere around LAX (LA Gateway) & was eventually sent to a laboritory "somewhere". I'm very frustrated because I was not notified by DHL when this happened. I spent approximately 1 week calling various phone numbers within DHL in my attempts to learn where my package is. I was given various phone numbers for Customs by DHL Customer Reps which were not able to give me any assistance what-so-ever. FINALLY on 12/11/2018 I recieved a phone call from DHL which informed me that Customs has sent my package to a lab but not one person could tell which lab, where the lab is located or when my package will be released and finally sent to me. It is my opinion that as soon as my package was being held by Customs I should have recieved either a phone call, email or text to notify me that this was going on. That alert should have also included contact information including a phone number, email address and name of who is inspecting my package. Had this been done, I would have had the opportunity to discuss any possible packaging or labeling issues with Customs, answer any questions and probably could have recieved my package within a reasonable amount of time. I am not a happy customer at all. I have also requested that the vendor in Indonesia not send my mitrogena speciosa via DHL anymore due to the lack of customer service.

i would of given 5 stars but when i went for the more expensive shipping offer i hoped that the delivery person would follow the request and leave parcel by front door. its onlys 20 metres from the road. this is a New Zealand DHL issue and that is the same for all the courier companies that i have used here on Waiheke Island. not sure if its laziness or just not caring about their job.

I ordered a product from Austria on 22.11.2018. I received an invoice by email from the company with a tracking number. I have not received the ordered product so far. When searching at with tracking number 505527 in post / ems (with USPS) with a consignor Austria shows that the shipment arrived in Bulgaria on 28.11.2018. in Plovdiv arrived on 29.11.2018. Dhl is worst company ever! They scam people, and force them to pay customs fees , which are included in shipping price!

FedEx is absolutely garbage. There is nothing good to say about them. My package has an estimated delivery date now it just says pending. It’s also too slow. I recommend UPS

They left the package outside in a high crime area. Only luck that a good Samaritan brought it in. Lazy and not smart.
