The parcel from Poland DPD to my destination in Spain has never arrived. It was lost on 12/04 (today is 25/04) and the DPD Poland do not answer me, do not have any contact service an English and the live chat not very informative. Now for make claim, I need to collaborate with an interpreter, because the DPD Poland page not accept English for claims! Very bad service!

Polish Mail Service is the worst in the world! You never know where or when you will get your package, and you can only pray to God it arrives in good condition. We have had so many packages arrive damaged or not even arrive. This is awful!

Package went to Warsaw, and then no tracking was available! Checked with the US post office, and nothing! What kind of operation are you running??? Not happy at all!!! At least be helpful and try to locate the parcel.

My parcel from Radisson Sobieski hotel (concierge desk) was due for pick up on 9th April and nothing happened. It wasn't until I contacted the hotel directly to understand whether the parcel had been picked up they told me they were still waiting. I was not informed and picked was re-scheduled for 11th April. It is now 12th April and still no confirmation of when I am due to receive my parcel. I paid for 3-4 day delivery and am now told that it may be end of next week before I receive it. I will now be on holiday that time. Shocking, terrible service. Will not be recommending this to anyone of my business contacts. Still no idea of when I will receive my parcel.

I had a bad experience with DPD Poland. I had a package which had my card inside, and it is important. But yesterday, when I was not home, one shipper call me and told me that he put my package under the doormat (I said ok). However, when I home, I couldn't find anything, I also asked my flatmates but they didn't see anything too. Yesterday night and today, I tried to call him and ask about my package, but I don't receive any response. I feel so bad now and also worry about where is my package, which has my information inside.
