My parcel arrived this morning. No damage, well packaged, thanks to Australia for making sure it made it to NZ. Awesome shoes and perfume. thanks NZ Post once again for making sure it got to the door. Happy customer

I was sent someone elses parcel. My address label was stuck over the top of someone elses. NZ post said the seller has to recieve the item back before a claim can be made. If it doesnt arrive back to them, im the one out of pocket! I am SO angry!!!! NZ Post have claimed that it was entirely their fault yet i could be the one that looses out on $160..... I am not at all happy with this experience:(

the item was delivered and received to a wrong address - in another country - very frustrating ! it shows as being 'received' but i have not received it at the address requested. the transaction record shows it was received in Devonport Australia ... my address is in Devonport New Zealand .... a different country and thousands of miles away ... and not the address on my profile ... i am anxious to receive goods .... a dumb mistake ... do i ever use aliexpress again ????
