no matter how well everything had gone up till the last part of delivery if the driver is too lazy to to walk 20 metres down a driveway to leave parcel at front door as requested then its overall a failed effort.

Is nzcouriers even a genuine company? They seem like a scam company to me, tracking information was updated but if I didn’t check like most people don’t anyway then I would of known they “attempted” delivery, what parcel company “attempts” to deliver a parcel but doesn’t leave a note to say they “attempted” its bullshit the worst parcel company on the world, you can only speak to live chat on a Monday in between 12-12:01am midnight the rest of the days it’s closed, so 1 while minute to speak to someone, I have no option to rearrange delivery of my parcel nor can I get hold of them after numerous emails and phone calls at £2 per minute they are tossers, how do I even know they “attempted”delivery when they didn’t leave a note to prove this? Total bullshit and scam company, my son will probably go without his main present for Christmas because of these tossers, I hope I never have to deal with them again and I feel sorry for anybody which does this company should be shut down

Absolute bloody nightmare from beginning to end. Told by Post Office counter staff not to write Gifts on the customs declaration - UK customs say it must state it's a gift!?!? Downhill from there on. Same PO staff member told me they aim for 6 days delivery which even I thought was pushing it. Took over 3weeks! Never posted anything out if the country before and never will again. Tracking nit registering updates at certain points and so didn't make sense. Rang NZ post to chase and was told it was nothing to do with them anymore and to ring the UK! Excuse me? Paid NZ post over $120 in Tracking and insurance therefore I expect them to find out where the bloody parcel is at least! $180 worth of goods listed cost me over $200 in fees/charges! Never again.

It took a while in Coventry and I was running out of time. They attempted to deliver at 7.00amUK (I recorded the time), I took less than a minute to get to the door, no one, no note, There are no UK contact details available anywhere that i can find to arrange to get my parcel. I have to wait 12 hrs to call NZ Post and then another 12 hrs till UK couriers start work.
