We can't understand why PBT take twice or longer period than other couriers. For some reason Titirangi is listed as rural.
We basically need to allow you to three weeks where other deliver within 3-5 days. Sigh.

Delivery is shocking my parcel which just had to go an hour up the road is still in transit all over the country even the south island I'm in the north and as I'm writing my parcel has gone from Tauranga the where it started from and is now in Wellington a week later still not received

Waste of time having tracking as half the time nothing was entered. 6days to get from Tauranga to Christchurch was miles to long. Would never recommend.

No communication whatsoever I asked the customer service centre where my parcel is and they were going to call back.Nothing so I wouldn't recommend PBT to anyone.Tracking is also useless as nothing has been entered for 4 days.
