parcelmonitor.com is fine. It is the transition between Dec 1st to 5th which is not fine. There is no explanation what the heck were they doing with my parcel for 5 days. I sent another parcel the week before and it delivered exactly within 7 days including sat & sun, and that was an even bigger item. Sinterklaas was 5th of Dec, so for this parcel to go missing for 5 days is NOT acceptable. I don't know the fault lies where. With Post Malaysia or Post Netherlands. But someone is responsible for this very bad service. Especially when I paid premium price for speedy delivery within a week to be in time for Sinterklaas but it was delayed because of the 5 missing days.

I did not receive my parcel and i did not even see your delivery man when i was at home the whole day. There’s no card too. When can you deliver again? Very bad service!!!

Absolutely clueless as to where my parcel is located at this point. No proper assistance from the customer service as well... All I get is apologies but no action to lactate my parcel. This is my first and last time using Poslaju for overseas courier.

Poor Service. Estimated arrive 22.11.2019 until 26.11.2019. Today is last day but the status still haven't been updated so just contacted with Lazada, they said will delay to delivery. == Why they chosen Ninja Van to be their partner shipping service. slower than pos laju. == I ordered the things from china also just less than 2 weeks to receive even i bought on the same day 11/11. How come China shipping service faster than Malaysia service? Please improve yourselves shipping service. Too over slowlyyyyyyyyy -.- should change name to Turtle Van haha
