My parcel from 13/1/2020 out for delivery till now 15/1/2020 still not received.I need the parcel urgently as i'll be outstation for a week. Worst service since im not able to contact the poslaju office so many times and the hotline number.the event update saying deliver my parcel but premises closed. Its bullshit !!! You never made the delivery and dare to update like that !!

Gdex jerantut branch. Please update by phone call or email if the item could not be delivered due to 'receipient is out of service area'. It happens to me twice or perhaps, i have to be proactive to keep track my parcel everytime. The staff excuses for there is no receipient phone number attached but what about the email?

I have to call your hotline number 3 times then only I get your direct customer service number. Then, after I get to talk with the customer service staff, she was not friendly. Other than that, I have to wait from 30 December 2019 until 3 January 2020 but I still did not received my parcel. The service is too slow compare to other courier services. I am so disappointed with your service this time.
