My package said delivered, left at front door. I have cameras, my package never came. Not sure why any comoany would use this delivery service. The seller is sending me new items in replace. I am praying I get them this time. I have never had a problem with delivery. So disheartening!!!

The package was NOT delivered. No photo, no help from the computer generated chat. No way to talk to anyone after 10 pm. This is the MOST frustrating online purchase. This is the dress I ordered for my daughter’s wedding. I chose this website as others have had good luck with it. I have not. It may be just the carrier they chose (Lasership) which has horrible reviews, but if the carrier is so bad, why did they use them? I am frustrated, angry, and feel totally let down. I am just so sad

Landership don't fallow instructions never on time always 45 minute to and 1hr later I'm deaf they don't KNOCK HARD on my 🚪 DOOR like they supposed is on my delivery profile

Carrier couldn't find my address. Blamed me for an incomplete address at iHerb when, in fact, it was complete and correct.
iHerb sent me an email telling me to contact LaserShip with my complete information but there is no way to even do this. You guys suck.
