I couldn’t get my courier because I didn’t receive it myself so please for the next time it shouldn’t be delivered to any unconcerned people so make sure the delivery to the concerned directly as this time I’ve lost my parcel.

Paid for Express Next Day Shipping from Karachi to Karachi.
The tracking number still shows 'Scheduled for Delivery', even though the package was mailed on November 6 and right now it is November 8.
Shipping Customer employee informed me that the package may or may not reach its destination and that is not their responsibility that the package is late. Customer Protection Agency and customer Rep said that it not their problem if the package is late.
