Until now I haven't received my package even though I have been sitting at the door at the time I received a tracking mssg stating that delivery attempt failed. I didn't received any calls either that the delivery was on its way. When I tried calling the service centre, it was closed. BTW, this is the 2nd 'attempt failed ' mssg I received. The first time, I managed to call the service centre & they said it had been delayed. The email tracking was then changed to 'delayed '. And now it's attemp failed again. I'm really disappointed at this courier. Can somebody tell me where my package is now?

Parcel sent from kluang on 13 aug 2019. Reached sg petani on 14 aug 2019. On 17th aug status says "out for delivery". Today, 19 aug 2019 still not reached me yet! The skynet office in Sg Petani is only 20 mins drive from my address yet it has taken 3 fucking days.... Still out for delivery. What crazy courier service is this?
