Parcel arrived from overseas and received at Singpost Mail Processing Depot. No updates since for 2 weeks. Called Singpost, was told item might be lost. As a fellow Singaporean, I am utterly disappointed at the abysmal low rating of my local Courier service.

Sender was very very rude. From the start, he yelled at intercom and seem to have difficulty understanding how to use the lift access. When he reached the unit, he BANGED Loudly on the door which is very rude and uncalled for. He just pointed to the goods he threw on the floor and demanded why I didn’t open the intercom earlier. Please look to retrain the staff or give him a verbal warning as he is damaging Singpost reputation .

Item has been in the hands of Singapore Post for weeks now and STILL no information on its whereabouts. I have received many other items from China, all ordered since this item and they arrived quickly. Not this one via Singapore Post though.

After waiting 2 months for this parcel, the status shows as "out for delivery". This has been the case for over a week. Is it being delivered by camel or simply by a totally incompetent unreliable carrier. I will go public with my feedback unless i receive this parcel within the next two days
