Needed to send passports to the USA for a visa, was meant to take 10 days and it's been over a month and still not delivered. Now they say they are sending my passports back to Peru and my visa application will be cancelled. Worst service ever and I paid a lot of money for this

The people working at the Serpot Petit Thoards station are very rude, they get annoyed if you are not the fastest you can be, offer no help, get angry when you ask questions. This happens every time I go there.
