Parcel monitor, as well as Postnord, informed me that my package was cleared by customs earlier last week and would be delivered. B-POST sent NO information mail about time of delivery or costs for customs clearance. There was just a doorbell ringing and when I opened the door no-one to see and a notice of try-delivery in the letterbox.

Tracking system useless. never showed it had left UK, or was in Transit Only showed it had arrived in Australia 48 hours after I was informed by sender in UK that it was in Australia. After I requested they follow up for me. Never advised any delivery information in Australia. Postnord did not reply to my request for progress of parcel

Seriously! You try to deliver my package late on a friday night, 18.53, then again on following saturday at 16.18, how about deliver the package on normal hours! Then after taking 3 weeks from sweden to china, after just 2 bad failed attempts to deliver, you return the package??? Now another 3 weeks to return it and then another 3 weeks for me to send it again! What is wrong with you? RR267630940SE
