Was told package would be here by late November to early December. It is now December 20th and the package has not even left Poland yet according to the tracking information. Can we please find the package and get it shipped out to me. This is my property I own and was told it would be here by now.

Useless how can someone pay you to deliver to me and you said customs seize it for how long???? And I don't know how to go about it all you have to do is to refund the insurance......this is wickedness if you can deliver why do you collect it.......better deliver my parcel......how do you expect me to rate you guys when I can't see my package for months now
