According to your website my parcel was delivered to my house, but it's definitely not here. Not sure why you supposedly delivered it here, as I asked for it to go to a morrisons daily shop, as was easier for me to collect it from there. So I would like to know where my parcel has gone. None of my neighbours have it as I have been round and asked them. I have had nothing to say that you even came to my house, and I also have a video doorbell, and looking back there is nothing on there either to say anyone brought it here.

No website update for 8 days (and counting), no communication from Hermes/Evri. eBay vendor say Hermes have lost the parcel.

My parcel was delivered to a random person when the instructions were to leave on the enclosed porch ! Parcel not received.

booked a 24 hour delivery service.
Terrible! 7 days later, the parcel has still not arrived.
Worse! Last tracking info was 5 days ago. Not updated since.
Even worse still.... No customer service; no assistanc, advice or even information from Evri. No way to contact evri, other that email the CEO.

They did not deliver it, they diverted it to somewhere else and sent me a photograph of a different parcel at a new address unknown by the recipient. And this tracking number is not the same as on my address label. Packlink have no knowledge of either number it was a £200 jacket!
