The delivery speed was ultra slow, understandingly the speed is relative to the postage cost paid, although a parcel under 1kg shouldn't take four days to travel down the east coast.

Posted from rutherford nsw to go to coralville nsw approx 2.5 hrs away on the 24/6/19 it is now the 12/7/19 and still have not recieved the parcel.

My parcel was booked to be delivered to Woolworths Dural for Click n Collect. I was told on 3 July, then 4 July that my parcel was to be delivered, but each time there was an "Undeliverable parcel" message to follow. After calling Fastway and being told that my parcel was being delivered to 494 - 500 Old Northern Road (a shopping centre) I asked for it to be delivered to my home address. I called Trevor (the local courier driver) who was very helpful and said that he would keep an eye out for the parcel as there was a new driver in the Dural area. Then I was told that the parcel was back at the Fastway depot. Today (Monday morning), I received an email telling me that the parcel had been delivered. I assumed this was to my home address (as per the changed delivery address), so, on seeing no parcel, I went to Woolworths Dural. No parcel there. I called Fastway and was sent a POD photo by Karen Kei Lansang (Fastway Customer Service) which she said showed that the parcel had been delivered. I wanted to check the photo before we closed the call but she said to call back if there was a problem. The photo shows a parcel sitting near a closed roller door at the Woolworths loading bay - but it wasn't my parcel anyway... Having given up, I headedf home and then received my eBay notice that my parcel was ready for CnC collection at Woolworths Dural! I called to check that the parcel was actually the correct one before I went there. It was. I cannot understand how a simple parcel delivery can be such a hassle for a courier company. Why did Karen Kei Lansang, your Customer Service Representative, on seeing the photo of a parcel left on a loading bay near a skip bin (i.e. obviously not delivered to anyone who could have accepted the delivery), not offer to follow up and help me, the customer? What does 'customer service' mean? John Tonkin

Parcel QB0002641215 has been marked as delivered and left at front door as per your instructions. I did “NOT” authorise the package to be left at my front door, it’s for signature on delivery as it’s not a cheap item. Also states that package was delivered 4/7/19 at 18:01hrs. I was home at the time, but received no knock at the door, or push of the doorbell. Would like to know where package is. Customer service very unhelpful this morning. I did “NOT” authorize parcel to be left at my door, and expect that Fastway reimburse me for missing package. A dispute will also be lodged with ombudsman. Your “Conditions of carriage” policy also states that parcels can’t be left without a signature, and that customers need to provide authority to Fastway Couriers in order to leave parcels at door.
