for the second time a package from China ordered through a UK company has not been seen or nor even a note to say that ''As we were not in, the package is/will be/ or even, a note to say '' Please contact us regarding your package''
DPD allows one to report a missing package, but it is not sufficient for them to investigate. On one occasion when I finally tracked down a human, he said ''Non delivery is the problem for the sender''

Not good as tracking says my parcel was delivered yesterday we were here all day and it never arrived. What makes the problem more difficult it we only speak English and everything to do with contacting them is in Polish or only gives 5 options and our problem isnt in the options.

Very bad service unprofessional
12 days for my shipment and finally the dpd said we don’t take bags we take cartons only
I booked and paid for bags and now they said we don’t take bags

The parcel from Poland DPD to my destination in Spain has never arrived. It was lost on 12/04 (today is 25/04) and the DPD Poland do not answer me, do not have any contact service an English and the live chat not very informative. Now for make claim, I need to collaborate with an interpreter, because the DPD Poland page not accept English for claims!

My parcel from Radisson Sobieski hotel (concierge desk) was due for pick up on 9th April and nothing happened. It wasn't until I contacted the hotel directly to understand whether the parcel had been picked up they told me they were still waiting. I was not informed and picked was re-scheduled for 11th April. It is now 12th April and still no confirmation of when I am due to receive my parcel. I paid for 3-4 day delivery and am now told that it may be end of next week before I receive it. I will now be on holiday that time. Shocking, terrible service. Will not be recommending this to anyone of my business contacts. Still no idea of when I will receive my parcel.
