Waiting for delivery since Monday,
Messaged and told delay on Tuesday,
No updates on Wednesday,
Thursday told loaded on van out for delivery this never happened
It is now Friday have rang Dpd and now told may or may not get by Monday as delivery driver may have ran out of time and parcel will have to return to depot and be re-scanned after paying for a delivery in a designated time slot of two to three days this is a joke

DPD did a great job. Your client took 18 days to get the product to you. DPD less than 48hrs to delivery.

No call, left it at wrong house, but clearly not lived in as grass not cut 1 month. Just too lazy to ring. Someone passing saw the van pull in and let me know. Otherwise I never would have looked there as no one lives there. Signed it himself as received. Jerk...

Slow delivery from Ireland. It's taken four weeks to get to the DPD sorting depot at Oldbury in England. No indication of how long it will take to get from Oldbury in the Midlands to Manchester!!!

After speaking to an agent in chat yesterday it seems my parcel is missing, I have tried to contact Clarins that sent the parcel but cannot get a response..I cannot seem to speak directly to anyone in your company except by chat ..my parcel is in Athlone according to your tracking system,I will willingly come and collect it if you can find it ...It has been with you since 1st December. I did want to have it before Christmas but that does not look like it will happen now.

A bloody useless service.
In future if buying on line & supplier is using DPD, I will not proceed with purchase
