I had to use to track my parce4l.In 2018 I ordered a parcel on 30th July; another parcel on 6th August and a 3rd Parcel on 3rd October. I only received the parcel ordered on the 3rd October which I collected from the South African Post Office in January 2019. On parcel monitor I saw that Delivery had been attempted ZA84999 on the 19th December at 11:16 am. At no time was contacted to ask when delivery would be convenient. I then followed up with the SA Post Office and was told that it wopuld be helpfulk if I gave my contact number. When purchasing my parcel in USA there was nowhere to give my contact number so how could I have provided it? The one of the reminaing two parcels has been returned to the supplier in USA and according to parcel monitor the other parcel is also on its way back to the supplier. All in all this has been incredibly frustrating. In previous years I have ordered overseas to have DHL deliver to my door when I was asked to pay import duty. Why is this not the case now? The supplier is the same each time. I would like my parcels delivered but have no idea how to get this right the 2nd time around? It is 10 months later and I still do not have my goods.
