I had to make 5 calls in 2 days, to follow up on an urgent delivery. On hold for 30 minutes plus each time! The most frustrating, ridiculous phone system to deal with!
Your apologies for delays etc… means nothing without actions to rectify this.

Apparently I received a parcel that I never received...I must have a double. 🤔. I'll wait maybe it might return wherever it was delivered.
Just as reference... A placed an with takealot...Was scheduled to receive by Friday, it was delivered on a Wednesday and I signed for it.

My parcel was delivered. I sat on the veranda since I received an sms stating my parcel was next to be delivered. I went and took my ID for verification and sat there no one came. Instead I received an sms requiring me to sign for the delivery offwhich I didn't sign because nobody came..
Where was my parcel delivered also who verified because every delivery there should be an ID on request. I want my parcel, I have waited too long for it. I paid money for that parcel, I want it as soon a spossoble.
The delivery guy must say where he delivered the parcel to and show ID as proof. Because I waited there and no one came. Fix this please, I can't lose my money like that.

What a joke this company is, by far the worse courier company out there. They send u an sms when they at your place then leave in a few seconds if you don't rush outside. No calls, nothing! Then the driver marks your delivery as successful and u get an sms asking how the delivery was? Get your sh!t together man
