you are the very worst

I completely understand that all companies are short staffed and we are only human, mistakes sometimes happen. However after many years and a few complaints I shouldn't have to repeat for EVERY DELIVERY that I am handicapped, without transportation, and as a result am always home for deliveries. When my name and address appears in the Canpar system it should set off a quick "Person is Handicapped and Always Home, unless otherwise stated). I spent 4 hours at my window waiting for a delivery that was listed as coming to my correct address until suddenly the message changed to "Address Doesn't Exist". I then spent almost 30mins on hold with Canpar and 20mins more trying to figure out the problem. This literally cost me a free Birthday lunch which is always needed when handicapped and on a low income.

They claim they "attempted delivery" but have yet to make any attempts...

Never delivered.

EXTREMELY POOR TRACKING AND NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTACT THE DEPOTS DIRECT IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. YOU RUN A POOR BUSINESS AND ARE EFFECTING MULTIPLE PEOPLES INCOME AND BUSINESSES.

It sure would be nice to get an update especially after the parcel was to have been delivered yesterday.

these guys are so useless, I live 20-25ish minutes away from the packaging/delivery center and they still couldn't get it to me!! HOW USELESS ARE YOU LAZY BUMS.

I am beyond disappointed in your company and will highly recommend not to have any of my friends use your services. First of all a parcel has been sitting in your terminal for over 3 weeks and nobody contacted me. Then finally after reaching out to the company that shipped my parcel they informed me that you guys have it. Apparently it was sent out my a driver to my address 2 weeks ago and again nobody notified me ahead of time that a driver was delivering something. Today at April 1 I have arranged to have the same parcel delivered but to be told that the parcel would arrive anywhere between 9-6 is ridiculous especially this day and age. Your system and practices are very primitive and I am beyond upset! Thanks for your time Teresa Brada

inexcusable service..... bottom bottom completely dissatisfied.......never EVER will I or anyone I know EVER use canpar.... I shipped a parcel feb 16/21 to destination 7 hours away. Its been held at terminal 2 hours from destination since feb 18!!! Today is March 12!!! Canpar actually asked if the destination party could drive 2 hours to pick it up themselves!!! Omg I paid $25 for it to be delivered in two days!!! I asked for it to be returned to me they said they have no ETA on returning the parcel. How in the world can they return it 5 hours back to me when they couldn't finish the 2 hour drive to deliver it!!! I've got every right to be passed off canpar!!!
