My parcel we received in Manila on March 14 and is still there. It is now June 22. I would think 3 months is long enough. Other courier companies are back to work, but not you. The shipper asked that the parcel be returned to her do she could use a different courier, but I guess that hasn't happened yet either.

It has been almost 3 weeks. I have not received my order. It was already paid in full, but I have not received any response from them. I called the customer service twice at a different day and all they can say is that they will try to pull up my request. Like.. what??? There are 2 delivery schedule on the parcel monitoring but I have not gotten any SMS nor call from the rider. And now it is for reschedule once again.
Should I wait for eternity to receive my parcel, huh, BAE???
If your riders are the one causing the problem, please give them disciplinary action or might as well terminate them.

Nobody told me when will the item will be deliver in terms of date and time.
They said there were two deliver attempts but nobody knock my door.
I offer an alternative address to receive the item but no reply from the delivery guy.
Nice way to lose a buy bc of incompetent courier.
