28th March, driver did not attempt delivery, I was home all day waiting,
Driver arrived next day 29th March saying that a trailer of Wayfair furniture had gone missing and my chair was among lost items.
He took a photo each time he came of front door but did not buzz the apartment number either time to let me know he was there and made no attempted deliveries.
Customer service of no help. Not happy with the service.

I've receeived an email telling me what time I can expect delivery but not which day. I can't find any mention of delivery date or time on the website when trying to track the delivery. Since you require a signature, it's important for me to be able to schedule a delivery when I will be available.

First delivery date and time cancelled at the last minute then second attempted delivery at 6.48am the following day without previously advising the customer that they would be doing that.
Still waiting on third delivery time slot ETA between 11.35am - 1,35pm today. It is now 16.08pm and no delivery attempted. Absolute disgrace will be contacting supplier to complain

SERVICE ITS VERY LOW. CANNOT FIND ANY INFORMATION AT ALL ABOUT THE PARCEL. CUSTOMER SERVISE IN NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ABUT A PARCEL. TXT MESSAGE CONFORMATION COMING WHEN THE DRIVERS IS ALL READY BEEN AT THE PROPERTY. CANNOT CONTACT TO THEM IN ANY WAY.

I was expecting two items to be delivered, the delivery was split at the depot and I have only received one item unable to track remaining item as website has delivery as complete

We waited in all day for our delivery to then find an email to say delivery attempted 2.30 pm. No delivery was made. I re-arranged delivery for 20th October and haven't heard anything since. I can't get in touch with the courier to find anything out. Absolutely appalling service
