I never got my package delivered to me, I can send receipts and tracking numbers as well. I for now package at 10:00 am this morning

Dear
We have booked our shipment with DHL from Sacramento to Dubai on the 10th of January and till now we did not get our shipping (5MJW781) this Delay is unacceptable, our work is being delayed because of DHL unexplained delay in shipping. We did not pay DHL extra for Air freight to get a delayed delivery!!!!
We are contacting customer service and all they are telling is that the shipment is postponed but with out any reason!!!!!
I put DHL fully responsible for all the delays occurring to our project due to this unexplained delay in delivery.
Please answer our crys and explain the reason of this delay!!!!!!

Terrible service. 2 days of phone calls with no ability to contact anyone in regards to my shipment. Many transferred calls, no 'human' to answer questions. No emails, no calls regarding the shipment. Received last minute call from Customs about possible storage charges, no prior knowledge that arranged needed to be made for freight from Airport to destination after the shipment landed at the Airport. I will instruct the shipper to NOT use Global Forwarding in the future.

From 22nd June 2018 up to now we have not received our Cargo in Uganda and we dont know why all these delays ,up to now we dont know when cargo will be in Uganda, poor service
