From start to finish excellent experience with the delivery itself and especially tracking the package trought. Minor issue with the need to switch to enlish language page on the ATPost webpage, since there is no ikon/option to select on the tracking page, forwarded by the sender. easy to find though. Not a big deal, just saying. Thank you.

No avenue for complaints or simple questions. While my parcel sits at the airport fo 2 damn weeks! And don't even think about giving me CV-19 excuses, theres never been more freighters in the air than now!
