No clarity for the delivery of parcel, no clear communication whatsoever. I haven't received my parcel which is still on hold since 14 dec 2020. No professional response and response, neither from Post slovakia and Post Netherlands

Absolutely awful service as you don't know where the parcel is and not willing go help to trace it after 9 days that the parcel left Slovakia!!!!!
