I ordered jewelry from Jonna Jinton in April. Ms. Jinton appears to have mailed my package from Sweden on April 22. According to your website, the package was "dispatched from sorting center" on May 5. I don't know why I haven't received my package. Here is my tracking number: LA000507676SE. I didn't pay for expedited delivery, but I didn't think it would take a month, even if it went by container ship. Did it get lost somehow? Please let me know. Thanks!

I was told to expect two to three weeks from Stockholm to Novosibirsk. Tracking on your site only shows the item left Malmo April 1. It is now more than three weeks later with no update at all, and the item has not arrived. Tracking seems useless outside Sweden. This should be explained to customers up front. Parcel sent 1 April 2020 and after that no news whatsoever. Wesite gives no updates at all after 1 April 2020 on my package. Very poor service, very bad method of having a package sent that has to come in as soon as possible. Very disappointing!
