poor delivery service. My shipment must be delivered to me on December 7, 2022 and yet until now, I didn't receive it. I need to call the customer care number several times to track it and yet it's very hard to get in touch with the customer service representative. I need to wait picking up my call for more than 30 minutes. I hope the management should take an action on this to avoid the delay of shipment to the customer.

I called to update the delivery time & address but delivered to the address that we not available. In that place and time .

So disappointing! How many times should i call the emirates post to track my order? I called yesterday to reschedule my delivery timing and the agent said that it would be 1-4pm today. And he said that the courier will call me but they didnt. Atleast call me so i know.

What a terrible service. Booked for delivery between 8am to 12pm. What's App customer service which takes 30mins to get 'next available agent' and almost 2hrs to ask for a shipping number. Receive a call from delivering agent to say he will arrive in 10 mins which is not 10 mins and receive apologies and excuses. Has EP actually understood what it means to 'humbly acknowledge transformation' within the business? EP has failed to develop or meet customer expectations.
