What makes you think that turning ANY parcel over to USPS is a good idea. They lose more than they deliver. If I had known you would do that, I would've insisted that a different carrier take my parcel. Totally disgusted and frustrated. Tracking keeps saying it will be delivered every day, yet, tracking doesn't have it after leaving Morrow, Georgia. Certainly your computer system isn't down, right? ANOTHER PARCEL LOST AND GONE FOREVER.

parcel information was on pallet manifest but parcel was never loaded on the pallet, hence progress information on shipping history was solely based on scanning information of the manifest. Verified by phone contact with local USPS location charged with individual scanning of parcels coming off pallet. Now forced to file a lost package claim with seller and wait for their slow process in order to get a refund. UPS Mail Innovations customer service only available during normal office hours on weekdays.

I’ve been monitoring my package since I placed my order on Nov. 25, and my promised delivery date went from Dec. 1 to December 6th by 9 pm. I’ve tried everything, but the latest information is from the day before delivery saying that it is moving in the system, but there is no other information besides that it is through the ups mail innovations. Not a good experience
