I have never had this bad of an experience with anyone delivering my package. I won't be ordering from outside of Canada ever again.
Worst service. I haven't received my package that was shipped in December of last year.

Absolutely a shocking bad experience. My consignment has been in transit or shipped over 32 days with nothing in tracking for 30 days .when I contact the carrier they tell me nothing the consignment is from ukraine on the 9th Feb it has left or so I am told and also nothing now .no delivery no help nothing .I am at a complete loss of the cost of this now and sender I purchased from is unreachable due to the conflict in ukraine .as I have some contact in radio and television stations I will be speaking out about the absolute ripp off service or possible theft situation why can't I be told where my items are .its discraceful .worst shipping experience ever ..please if u read this help me

I haven’t received a single update since I speak English and the site is entirely Ukrainian. I’ve no idea where my parcel is that I paid $400 Canadian dollars for nor when I will get it or who will deliver it. Absolutely terrible service. The worst I’ve encountered in the world so far.

Although my parcel containing tarot cards ended up at the customs which is unthinkable to me, the Ukraine postal tracking was on time and flawless. 10 stars. Now I am at the mercy of Bosnian postal service.
